SYMPTOMS AND CAUSES OF CHILD OBESITY

      WHAT IS CHILD OBESITY? Obesity is called as the fatness or excessive fat accumulation that makes risk to health of a child. BMI(BODY MASS INDEX) over 25 is considered as the over weight and over 30 is the obese. HOW IT CAUSES? Generally it is caused by eating too much and the lack of exercise. Consuming of too much food containing a high amount of sugar and fat can cause obesity and the lack of exercise and physical activities can store the energy and convert it into fat. SYMPTOMS:- * Fatty tissues deposit in body, which may be noticeable in the breast. * Stretch marks on the body(hips, back etc..). *Eating disorder. * Unusual sweating. * Sleeping issues. * Depression, shame, social isolation etc.... PREVENTION:- You can prevent it by setting a good example, by having healthy snacks or by offering him/her new foods multiple times. And a good and proper sleep can also prevent this obesity.
